Fresh + Fast + Clean. That’s the way we like to approach our food. All our salads, sandwiches, breakfasts and counter items we make in our on-site kitchen. Come by and you can see us work! We also get a helping hand from some very talented local bakers which provide us with spectacular gluten free pastries. To keep things fresh and interesting we like to change our items seasonally to get the best tasting ingredients nature provides for us. It also means there’s always something new to try!
Keeping things “clean” is a great way to live. What does that mean exactly? First and foremost it means keeping healthy food healthy. By having our on-site kitchen we get to control what and how our food is produced. We use heart healthy oils like olive oil to cook with; we don’t add any preservatives and we like to keep our food preparation simple to show case the great flavours our ingredients already have.
